TERMS✦of Service

   For Premade gIL Commissions  

  •   PAYMENT IS UPFRONT   and collected after all furniture has been gathered so I can start decorating.

  • You are responsible for getting all the furniture and dying it before I begin work. I will let you know if you're missing an item, but if you cannot produce it then I will skip it when building.

  • Builds may include   SPECIALTY ITEMS   such as those from beast tribes, Bozja, Doma, Mog Station, etc. These items can often be skipped and replaced, but do keep this in mind.

  • If you'd like me to supply all the furniture and dyes, it will be   X2 THE PRICE.   If you buy this option then the storageroom OR house must be emptied before work can begin. Or you must give permission for anything to be thrown out to make space. Note: I may still need assistance with mog station/specialty items.

  • I am not responsible for any   BREAKAGE   once the build has been finished. I will NOT redo the work for free if you relocate houses.

  •   ETA   is same day to a week 9/10 times I will do a custom the same day the furniture is ready unless I have irl obligations such as coursework due.

  •   FC ROOM/APARTMENT PREMADES   are built by the client as I will not share accounts. Tutorials are provided.

  • There are no refunds for premades.

IMPORTANT✦Information

  • I will only make very minor changes to decor.

  •   EX:   wanting a room in a small house as an apartment, changing out lights, simply removing furniture. All changes are subject to my consultation fee of 1 mil an hour. I will not be making major modifications such as redoing a whole room.

  • If an   OUT OF BOUNDS   build is requested ͏͏͏͏you understand you take full responsibility for any actions that could be taken against your account by FFXIV staff. Locking your house is recommended.

  • I will take fc houses that are no longer in use as alternative payment.

  • The majority of my builds   DO NOT   come with exterior decor, but you're welcome to ask if I have a design that fits your yard type.

  •   HOUSES   do not utilize the whole space of the base in game houses due to item slots restrictions.

TERMS✦of Service

   For Custom Commissions   

  •    ALL PAYMENTS    are upfront.

  • You’re welcome to ask for    UPDATES    at any time!

  •    MAX 3    major revisions to the house. ͏͏͏͏͏͏This includes redoing a kitchen, bedroom, etc.

  • You will be    RESPONSIBLE    for all furniture and dyes. This may include bozja items, bi-color gem stone items, etc.

  •    ETA    can be a couple of days to 3 months. This is influenced by a number of factors such as my schoolwork load, number of houses in the queue, and work schedule.

  • You are always welcome to keep the area of your house    PRIVATE    from my housing portfolio. However, I MUST be allowed to take photos for my portfolio and social media, no exceptions.

  • If you wish to    CANCEL    an order, ͏͏͏͏͏͏refunds are issued based on work done. For example, if I've finished about half the work, then you'd be refunded half the amount.

  • Unless otherwise stated I will assume the    COPYRIGHTS    to my design and the right to use them as ready made designs.

  • All custom commissions are to be sold as    PREMADES    unless a privacy fee is paid.

IMPORTANT✦Information

   Please read carefully!   

  •    USD    payment only.

  •    THE MORE FLOORS/ROOMS, THE LESS DETAILS I CAN ADD.    While I'll always strive for the best, item limits can be a major constraint. I always recommend using one floor no matter the house size.

  •    RUSH ORDER:    Be moved to the front of Queue and have your commission completed within 2 weeks, costs double the base price. ͏͏͏͏͏͏

  • Housing takes a lot of time!    ON AVERAGE    I take a few weeks to finish a house. While I will try not to move at a snail's pace, I cannot guarantee super timely delivery.

  • If an    OUT OF BOUNDS    build ͏͏͏͏͏ is requested, ͏͏͏͏you understand you take full responsibility for any actions that could be taken against your account by FFXIV staff.

  • I may    CANCEL    an order at anytime if I feel it is appropriate.
